Eligibility 1 (Qualification Option A): Standard X of 10+2 scheme / Matriculate or equivalent — applicable for any permanent SECL employee who has completed one year of service in Cat. IV / Tech. & Sup. Gr. E and above, with aptitude for telecom discipline.
Eligibility 2 (Qualification Option B): Standard X of 10+2 scheme / Matriculate or equivalent WITH ITI certificate in Electronics or equivalent — applicable for any permanent employee of the company.
Employment Status: Only permanent and regular SECL employees are eligible. Employees originally appointed at a higher grade are NOT eligible.
Attendance Requirement: Mandatory minimum attendance of 240 days (ground-level) and 190 days (underground) in calendar year 2025 (June–December 2025) and 2026 (January–May 2026), inclusive of all approved leave.
APAR Condition: The applicant's confidential report (APAR) for financial year 2024–25 must NOT be graded 'Poor'. Applicants with Poor APAR will be rejected at any stage.
Admissible Grades for Selection: DR Category I–VI, DR Excavation Grade E, MR T&S Grade D/E/F/G/H, Clerk Grade II–III.
