💡 Expert Tip

Experience documentation is the single biggest rejection risk in this OIL recruitment. Your experience certificate must be on official letterhead, signed by a competent and authorized executive, and must explicitly state your name, designation, date of joining, date of relieving, and a clear description of roles and responsibilities. Critically, you must also submit any two supporting documents — salary slips, PF statements, increment letters, or appointment letters — for BOTH past and present employment. JRF, SRF, PhD Scholar, Project Associate, teaching, consultancy, or any research/stipend-based engagements are explicitly excluded. Do NOT round off your percentage of marks — the notification expressly prohibits this, and applications with rounded figures risk rejection during document verification at the Personal Interview stage.
