Candidate must have passed Matriculation (Class 10) or its equivalent under 10+2 system with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks from a recognized board (relaxed for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
Candidate must possess National Trade Certificate (ITI) in the notified trade issued by NCVT, or a Provisional Certificate issued by NCVT/SCVT.
For Medical Laboratory Technician (Pathology) and (Radiology) posts, candidate must be 12th pass under 10+2 system with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, with minimum 50% marks in both Class 10 and Class 12.
Only completion of the ITI course is not sufficient — candidates must be in possession of their ITI pass certificate/NTC/STC as on the date of this notification.
Age must be between 15 and 24 years as on the closing date of application (19/08/2026), subject to category-wise relaxation.
