NFL Management Trainee Recruitment 2026: Apply for 21 Posts
Short Information: National Fertilizers Limited (NFL), a Navratna Central Public Sector Undertaking under the Government of India, is hiring 21 Management Trainees across six disciplines — Marketing, Finance & Accounts (F&A), Materials, Information Technology, Electrical, and Chemical — for its units at Nangal, Bathinda, Panipat, and Vijaipur. This is a structured trainee-to-officer pathway: you spend one year in paid training at ₹40,000/month basic pay, and upon successful completion, you get regularized as an Officer at ₹41,200/month basic — with IDA, HRA, and a full suite of perks on top.
The qualification bar is competitive: most engineering posts require a B.Tech/B.E. with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD), while the Marketing post accepts MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Agribusiness, and F&A accepts CA/ICWA/CMA or MBA (Finance). Age limit is 18–27 years for UR category as on the cut-off date of 30 April 2026.
