- Candidate must be an Indian National.
- Operator (HEMM) Gr. III: 10th Pass + ITI (NCVT/NCVET) 2 years MMV Trade or 1 year Diesel Mechanic Trade. Must possess Apprenticeship Certificate in MMV or Diesel Mechanic Trade. Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License is mandatory. First Aid training certificate is desirable.
- Mining Mate Gr. III: 10th Pass + Valid Mining Mate Certificate of Competency issued by DGMS. Restricted to Opencast Metalliferous Mines. First Aid certificate preferred.
- Jr. Foreman (Mines): Diploma in Mining/Mining Engineering + Valid Mining Foreman Certificate of Competency (DGMS, Opencast Metalliferous Mines). 2 years post-qualification experience required.
- Jr. Foreman (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical Engineering (full time, recognized University/Institution) + Valid Supervisory Certificate of Competency (M.V/H.T/E.H.T) from Electrical Licensing Board, Odisha covering Mining installations. 2 years experience required.
- SUPT(JOT)-Operator / Operator Gr. III: 10th + ITI (NCVT/NCVET) 2 yrs in Electronics Mechanic / Technician Mechatronics / Electrician / Instrumentation & Instrument Mechanic / Fitter Trade + Apprenticeship Certificate.
