- Candidate must be a domicile resident (Mool Niwasi) of Madhya Pradesh — vacancies are exclusively for MP domicile candidates.
- Must have passed 10th class (Matriculation) examination.
- Must have passed ITI (NCVT/SCVT) in the relevant trade: COPA or Stenographer (Hindi) for respective posts; 2-year ITI in Electrician trade for Electrician post.
- Age must be between 18 and 25 years as on 01/01/2026 for General category.
- SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates get 5 years upper age relaxation; PwD candidates get 10 years.
