- Nationality: Candidate must be a Citizen of India.
- Cut-off Date: All eligibility criteria (Age, Qualification, Statutory Certificates) will be reckoned as on 28/05/2026.
- For Asst. Foreman (Electrical) Trainee, T&S Gr-C (E&M): Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Minimum 3-year course) approved by AICTE OR Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering approved by AICTE.
- For Technician (Electrician) Trainee, Cat-III (E&M) — ALL THREE conditions mandatory: (i) Matriculation (10th) or equivalent passed from recognized Board, (ii) ITI (2-year course) in Electrician Trade with NCVT/SCVT Trade Certificate + minimum 1 year training/on-job practical experience, (iii) LT Permit under IE Rules for Mines OR 440-550 Volts Mining Parts Permit issued by Competent Authority.

- Stage 1 — Online Application Submission: Eligible candidates apply online via mahanadicoal.in.
- Stage 2 — Computer Based Test (CBT): The SOLE selection stage. No Personal Interview will be held. 100 Marks, objective type, bilingual (English/Hindi).
