Candidate must be an unmarried male.
Candidate must hold (or be in the final year of) a BE/B.Tech degree in one of the notified Engineering streams under Civil, Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Misc. Engineering categories.
Nationality: Citizen of India, or subject of Nepal, or person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, or specified East African countries/Vietnam with the intention of settling permanently in India (Certificate of Eligibility required, except for Gorkha subjects of Nepal).
