HPCL Officers Recruitment 2026Eligibility Criteria
- Candidate must hold the essential qualification prescribed for the respective position as per the notification.
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
- Minimum 65% aggregate marks required for UR/OBCNC/EWS candidates; 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates in the qualifying degree/diploma.
- For experience-based posts, relevant work experience is counted only after completion of the qualifying degree.
- Candidates currently employed with HPCL are not eligible to apply for Lateral Positions where minimum experience is sought.
- Final year students passing out in Academic Year 2025-26 can apply only for Fresher positions, subject to meeting eligibility on joining.
- Maximum upper age of applicants shall not exceed 56 years including all possible age relaxations.
