GPSC GMB PwD Special Recruitment 2026Eligibility Criteria

EXCLUSIVELY for PwD candidates with Blindness (B) or Low Vision (LV) — disability must be 40% or more. No other disability type is eligible.
All three posts require: Bachelor's degree + MBA or PG Diploma in Business Administration from a recognized university.
General Manager (Advt 15): Full-time MBA required + 10 years post-qualification experience as Manager equivalent in Govt/Board/Company.
Deputy General Manager (Advt 16): MBA (any mode) + 5 years combined/separate experience as Manager Class-I equivalent.
Manager (Advt 17): MBA (any mode) — No prior work experience required.
Basic computer knowledge (CCC or equivalent) and working knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi is mandatory for all three posts.
Disability Certificate must be in FORM-V, VI, or VII as per Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2017.
Selected candidates will be employees of Gujarat Maritime Board — NOT Gujarat Government employees.

Stage 1: Online Application through GPSC-OJAS portal — last date 19/05/2026.
Stage 2: Preliminary Test — Part 1: General Studies (100 marks) on 26/07/2026 | Part 2: Concerned Subject (200 marks) on 06/09/2026. Total: 300 marks, 180 minutes. Minimum qualifying marks: 15%.
