Section Officer (Group B): Officers of Central/State Govt/Courts/Tribunals — (i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/department; OR (ii) with five years' service in Level-6 (₹35,400–1,12,400) or equivalent in the parent cadre. Desirable: Experience in legal or judicial work.
Private Secretary (Group B): (i) Holding analogous post on regular basis; OR (ii) five years' service in Stenographer Grade-I at Level-6 (₹35,400–1,12,400) or equivalent in parent cadre. Desirable: Experience in legal or judicial work.
Assistant (Group B): (i) Holding analogous post on regular basis; OR (ii) ten years' service in the grade rendered after appointment on regular basis in Level-4 (₹25,500–81,100) or equivalent in the parent cadre.
Accounts Assistant (Group B): Officers under Central Government — (i) holding analogous post on regular basis; OR (ii) ten years' regular service in Level-4 (₹25,500–81,100) or equivalent; AND (iii) who have undergone training in cash and accounts work in Institute of Secretariat Training & Management (ISTM) or equivalent Institute of Central Government.
