- Junior Engineer (Civil): Three Year Diploma in Civil Engineering, or higher qualification in the same discipline, from a recognized University/Institution.
- Junior Engineer (Electrical): Three Year Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or higher qualification in the same discipline, from a recognized University/Institution.
- Veterinary Inspector: Passed 10+2 with Biology/Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and English, plus a Two Years Diploma in Veterinary Science and Animal Health Technology/Veterinary Pharmacy from a recognized institute affiliated to a State University.
- Agriculture Sub-Inspector: B.Sc. (Agriculture) degree from a recognized university or institution.
- Driver: Passed Matriculation (10th class) plus a valid Heavy Duty driving licence as CODE: TRANS or as applicable by the issuing authority.
- Chowkidar and Animal Attendant: Passed Matriculation (10th class) from a recognized Board.
