Recruitment Note: Service Agreement Bond

Candidates appointed as Management Trainee must serve CIL or its subsidiaries for a minimum period of 60 months (5 years) from the date of joining. At the time of joining, candidates are required to execute a service agreement bond of ₹3 Lakhs (Rupees Three Lakhs Only). To facilitate this, ₹5,000 per month will be deducted from the salary of the Management Trainee during the service period, which will be refunded without interest upon successful completion of 60 months of continuous service. Candidates who leave the company before completing 5 years will forfeit the bond amount.
