- Candidate must be a local resident (Sthaniya Nivasi) of Chhattisgarh state.
- Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) with Science from Madhyamik Shiksha Mandal Chhattisgarh or an equivalent recognized board.
- Minimum age: 18 years as on 01/01/2026. Maximum age as per CG State Govt. directives/provisions applicable from time to time.
- All required certificates/documents must be valid (living/active) as on the date of application submission.
- Candidates currently employed in a government or semi-government institution must submit a permission/No Objection Certificate from their employer/department head before joining, if selected.
- Candidates who have married below the minimum legally prescribed age are NOT eligible for any government post.
- SC/ST/OBC candidates must produce a permanent caste certificate issued by a Competent Authority of Chhattisgarh state at the time of document verification.
- PwD candidates must produce a permanent disability certificate issued by a Competent Authority.
