- Candidate must be a citizen of India OR a person in whose favour a GoI eligibility certificate has been issued OR a Gorkha of Indian domicile (with PRC from competent authority).

- Print the application form on good quality A4 size bond (75 GSM) paper using ONE SIDE ONLY. Print the admit card on BOTH sides of a single paper.
- Fill the form in CAPITAL LETTERS in English or Hindi only.
- Paste a recent colour passport-size photograph (4cm x 5cm, not older than 1 month from date of Advt) at the prescribed place in the application form AND the admit card. The same photograph must be used in both.

The Border Roads Organisation (BRO) was established on 07 May 1960 under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India.
