This was a golden opportunity for candidates having Graduate / Post Graduate / B.Tech / BCA qualification to join BRLPS as Development Professionals across all 534 blocks of Bihar.   1. Visit the official BRLPS career portal at https://brlps.in/Career.
  2. Click on the link 'Apply Online for Detailed Advertisement 2025 — BPIU Level' available on the Career page.
  3. Complete the New Registration using your valid email ID and mobile number — note down your Registration ID.
  4. Login with the generated credentials and fill the Online Application Form with correct personal, educational and category details.
  5. Upload scanned copies of Photograph, Signature, Educational Certificates, Caste / Domicile / EWS / Divyang / FF Certificate (as applicable).
  6. Pay the application fee online — ₹800 for Gen/EBC/BC/EWS and ₹500 for SC/ST/PH through Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI.

Recruitment Note: Nature of Employment & Contract Period

All positions are offered on a Contract Basis till attainment of the superannuation age of 60 years for regular candidates. For retired officials of Govt./PSU/Bank, the maximum age limit is 65 years. Employees may be separated if not found suitable at the discretion of management, and the contract would also end with the closure of the BRLPS project.

Recruitment Note: Probation Period

Selected candidates will be placed on a probation period of 3 to 6 months before confirmation. Continuation is subject to satisfactory performance.

Recruitment Note: Other Monetary Benefits (Beyond Monthly Pay)

BRLPS employees receive additional benefits including — Child Education Allowance (max 2 living children), Annual Increment @ 5%, Performance Incentive up to 30% of Annual Basic, Self-Learning Allowance, Accidental Insurance coverage, Medical Insurance for self & family, and Laptop Maintenance Allowance (except for CC, AC, OA, Accountant, LHS posts). Monthly Pay includes Basic Pay, HRA, Project Allowance & EPF (Employer's share).

Recruitment Note: Bihar Domicile & Female Horizontal Reservation

Reservation benefit is applicable only to Bihar domicile candidates — the permanent address in the application is treated as domicile. As per Govt. of Bihar GAD Resolution dated 09/07/2025, 35% horizontal reservation for female candidates applies only to females who are completely native of Bihar (including UR + all reserved categories).

Recruitment Note: Accountant Post — Special Pay Fixation

Initial pay of Accountant post will be fixed after passing the Tally Test. Further pay slab will be revised based on experience gained in the said position — twice at an interval of 2 years.

Recruitment Note: Field Visit Liability

Extensive field visit is associated with all positions in BRLPS. Candidates must be willing to travel across blocks and villages of Bihar as per project requirements. No TA/DA will be paid for attending different stages of the selection process or for first joining.
