Candidate must be an Indian Citizen as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
Must be a permanent resident of Assam. Proof: Valid Permanent Resident Certificate issued in Assam for educational purpose OR Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
