- Candidate must be an Indian citizen.
- Candidates who have previously undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act are not eligible.
- Candidates with one year or more of work experience are not eligible.
- Candidate must possess a PAN Card issued by the Income Tax Department.
- As per BOAT directives, only Diploma candidates who passed in the years 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 are eligible.
