RSSB Raj-CES Teaching Associate Recruitment 2026: 3540 Posts
Short Information: Rajasthan Karmachari Chayan Board (RSSB) has invited online applications for 3540 Teaching Associate (Sanvida/Contract) posts under Raj-CES (Rajasthan College Education Society) as per Advertisement No. 06/2026. These contract positions cover 32 subject disciplines including Hindi, English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Economics, History, Political Science, and several Agriculture subjects, posted across government colleges under the Directorate of College Education, Rajasthan. The fixed monthly remuneration is ₹28,850/- per month — higher than many state-government lecturer posts at entry level — and is subject to revision as per state government orders. This is a contractual appointment for an initial period of up to five years under Raj-CES Hiring of Man Power Rules 2023, with a possible extension of up to 3 more years based on performance evaluation. To be eligible, you must hold a Master's degree with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC/PwD) in the relevant subject from a recognised university, AND must have cleared UGC-NET / CSIR-NET / SLET / SET, or hold a Ph.D. degree. RSSB Raj-CES Teaching Associate Online Form 2026Eligibility Criteria
- Must hold a Master's degree with minimum 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in the concerned/relevant/allied subject from a recognised Indian university or accredited foreign university. Relaxation of 5% marks for SC/ST/OBC/More Backward Classes/PwD candidates.
- Must have cleared UGC-NET (National Eligibility Test), CSIR-NET, or SLET/SET conducted by UGC or equivalent accredited body — OR — must hold a Ph.D. degree in accordance with UGC (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of M.Phil./Ph.D. Degree) Regulations 2009 or 2016 (Ph.D. holders are exempted from NET/SLET/SET).
- Must have knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagari script and knowledge of Rajasthan's culture.
- Candidates registered in Ph.D. programme prior to July 11, 2009 under the old university Ordinances/Bye-laws are also exempted from NET/SLET/SET.
- Final year students of qualifying degree programme may apply, but must complete the degree by the date of the examination.
- Candidate must be a citizen of India / Nepal / Bhutan / Tibetan refugee settled in India before 01/01/1962 / Person of Indian origin from specified countries.
- Age: Candidate must have attained 21 years of age and must not be more than 40 years as on 01/01/2027.
- Must be physically and mentally fit for service duties as certified by Chief Medical & Health Officer or Medical Jurist of the applicant's home district.
- Must not have more than two living children born on or after 26 January 2001 (one live child rule as per MP Civil Services Rules — Rajasthan equivalent applies).
- Must be registered with MP State Employment Exchange — NOTE: For Rajasthan, live registration with Rajasthan Employment Exchange is required for applicable posts per departmental rules.

- Visit SSO (Single Sign-On) portal at http://sso.rajasthan.gov.in and login with your SSO ID and password.
- If you have not done OTR (One Time Registration), complete it first under 'Citizen Apps (G2C)' → Recruitment Portal → OTR tab. Pay OTR fee as per your category (₹600 for General/OBC-Non-Creamy; ₹400 for SC/ST/OBC-Reserved/PwD).
- After OTR is complete, go to Recruitment Portal and click 'Apply Now'. Select the RSSB Raj-CES Teaching Associate Recruitment 2026 (Advt No. 06/2026).
- Select the subject post (post code) you wish to apply for. Read the detailed advertisement carefully before filling the form.
- Fill in all required information carefully. Ensure you fill the correct category in the application — category cannot be changed after Final Submit.
- Upload live photo (captured through OTR), scanned Hindi & English signatures, and thumb impression as per specifications (JPEG format, 280×80 to 560×160 pixels, 20–50 KB).
- Review all filled details carefully. Once you click Final Submit, only Name, Father's Name, Date of Birth, and Gender cannot be changed.
- Note the Application ID (application form number) after successful Final Submit. Without this number, your application is not confirmed.
