Candidate must hold a full-time Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, recognized by AICTE, from a University incorporated by an Act of Central or State legislature or an institution deemed to be a University under the UGC Act, 1956.
Sections A & B examinations of the Institution of Engineers (India), with enrolment on or before 31/05/2013, are treated as equivalent to a Degree and are accepted.
Minimum post-qualification experience varies by post: 8 years for Resident Engineer, 5 years for Quality Engineer, and 2 years for Field Engineer, specifically in Roads/Bridges/Buildings.
