PGVCL Vidyut Sahayak JA PwBD Online Form 2026Eligibility Criteria

Candidate must have B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., B.C.A., or B.B.A. through Regular, External, or Open/Distance Learning Mode from a university recognized by UGC/AICTE.
Minimum average of 55% marks required in the last year or last two semesters of graduation.
Any course through Open Distance Learning or online mode must be from institutes accredited by NAAC with minimum score of 3.01 on a 4-point scale, or NBA accreditation with at least 650 points on a scale of 1000.
Only Person with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) candidates are eligible: Low Vision (LV) 40-70%, Hard of Hearing (HH) 40-70%, One Arm (OA), One Leg (OL), Dwarfism (D), Leprosy Cured (LC), Acid Attack Victim (AAV), Specific Learning Disability (SLD), Spinal Injury (SI), and Spinal Deformity (SD).
Minimum 40% disability is required for consideration of candidature under the PwBD quota.
Maximum age limit is 45 years as on 07/07/2026 (date of publication of advertisement) after all relaxations.
Departmental candidates are allowed to apply on fulfilling requisite qualification; however, the maximum age limit does not apply to them.
