All qualifications must be from a recognized University/Institute; minimum 60% marks in the qualifying Degree/Diploma exam (55% for SC/ST).
Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.

Recruitment Note: Nature of Engagement & Remuneration Structure

These are contract engagements initially for up to one year, renewable annually up to a maximum of three years from the initial date of joining, subject to satisfactory performance. The consolidated monthly remuneration is inclusive of House Rent, Medical, Mobile/Telephone charges, and Conveyance allowances, with no other site or project allowances except TA/DA as per applicable rules; a 3% annual increment is given on each completed year of service. Employees posted at project/site locations other than Noida, Vadodara and PDIL's Inspection Offices (Kolkata, Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad) receive an additional Site Allowance of Rs.250 per day of actual attendance. A North East Allowance of Rs.5,000 per month (Degree Engineers) or Rs.3,000 per month (Diploma Engineers) is payable to employees posted in the North East who are non-domiciles of the eight North Eastern States. PF and Gratuity are payable as per statutory labour codes applicable from time to time. PDIL reserves the right to terminate the contract with one month's notice.
