💡 Expert Tip

Since PDIL requires proof that you already earned at least 70% of the consolidated remuneration of the post you're applying for over the last 2 years, gather your Pay Slips, Form-16, and bank statements before you start the online application, as incomplete salary proof is one of the most likely reasons for rejection at the eligibility-screening stage. Be extremely precise while entering your percentage of marks — PDIL explicitly states there is no rounding allowed (64.99% cannot become 65%), so enter it to two decimal places exactly as per your marksheet. If your degree shows a CGPA/OGPA or letter grade instead of a percentage, get the University's official conversion formula in writing now, since you'll need to produce it at the interview stage. Remember teaching experience, internships, and sabbatical/extraordinary leave periods do not count towards your Post Qualification Experience, so recompute your actual eligible experience carefully before selecting your scale.
