Ans: NO, this is NOT a permanent government job. This is a TENURE-BASED CONTRACT engagement with: Initial Contract: 1 YearMaximum Extension up to 4 Years (including initial year) based on factory requirement + individual performance. Contract ends automatically after 4 years without any further notice. Half-yearly performance assessment is conducted. Tenure-based personnel have NO right to claim regular employee status. Employment can be terminated anytime by either party with 1 month's notice (or payment of Basic + DA in lieu).
