NEEPCO Executive Recruitment 2026Eligibility Criteria
- Candidate must be an Indian National above 18 years of age.
- Executive (ERP) — FTB/5/HR/49: Full-time B.E./B.Tech/BSc. Engineering (any field) + SAP Certification in HCM module (SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central — mandatory) + minimum 7 years post-qualification experience in SAP ERP HCM implementation/support/rollout including at least 2 full-cycle projects.
- Executive (HR — Corporate Communication) — FTB/5/HR/173: Graduate + PG Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication/Journalism (2-year full-time, Govt. recognized) + minimum 7 years experience in corporate communication/public relations.
- Executive (Civil) — FTB/5/HR/12: Full-time B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering + 7 years post-qualification experience in planning/survey/civil construction of Hydropower/PSP projects. CEA Guidelines knowledge mandatory. SAP S/4 HANA proficiency required.
- Executive (Civil) — FTB/4/HR/13: Full-time B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering + 4 years post-qualification experience in Hydropower/PSP projects. SAP S/4 HANA proficiency required.
