Mission Vatsalya WCD Delhi Recruitment 2026: Apply for 62 Contract Posts
Short Information: Department of Women and Child Development, Government of NCT of Delhi (State Child Protection Society) has invited applications for 62 contractual positions under the Mission Vatsalya Scheme (Advt. No. DWCD-E021/15/2026-CPU-HQ-WCD-/) across State Child Protection Society (SCPS), District Child Protection Units (DCPUs), Juvenile Justice Boards (JJBs), Child Welfare Committees (CWCs), and Special Juvenile Police Units (SJPUs) in Delhi.
Posts range from senior-level District Child Protection Officer (₹44,023/month) and Programme Officer (₹34,755/month) to field-level positions like Social Worker, Counselor, Accountant, Data Analyst (₹24,356/month) and Assistant cum Data Entry Operator and Outreach Worker (₹22,411/month). Remuneration for senior posts is as per Mission Vatsalya Scheme norms; junior posts are paid as per Delhi Minimum Wage rates.
All appointments are purely on a contract basis for one year — this is not a permanent government job with either GNCTD or Government of India. However, positions offer direct work experience in child protection governance under Delhi's largest welfare initiative, making it highly valuable for social work and law professionals.
Eligibility varies by post — from Postgraduate degree in Social Work/Law/Psychology for senior roles to 12th pass + Computer Diploma for ADEO. Age limit is 40 years for senior posts (DCPO, Protection Officers, LCPO, Programme Officer) and 35 years for junior posts. The application window is open from 05 June 2026 to 26 June 2026 at http://cams.wcddel.in.
