- Nationality: Must be a citizen of India.
- Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess the minimum qualification as prescribed for each post (refer vacancy table above). Degree/Diploma must be from a recognized University / Institute.
- Work Experience: Minimum post-qualification relevant experience is MANDATORY as per the post applied (03 to 05 years depending on post).
- Professional Registration: Pharmacist must be a Registered Pharmacist with State/Central Pharmacy Council. Medical/Dental Officers must be registered with respective Medical/Dental Council.
- Ex-Servicemen Preference: Preference will be given to Ex-Servicemen (ESM) in all posts. The post of Officer-in-Charge is RESERVED ONLY for Ex-Servicemen (ESM).
- Female Attendant post: Open to Female candidates only (as it is a female-specific attendant role).
