Short Information: Are you aspiring to become a government teacher in Central schools like KVS, NVS, or DSSSB? The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially released the public notice for the 22nd Edition of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET), scheduled for September 2026. Clearing the CTET is a mandatory qualification for candidates seeking teaching positions for Classes I to VIII across India. The upcoming examination will be conducted in a traditional offline (OMR) format in 27 languages across 132 cities nationwide. Candidates who have completed or are currently pursuing their D.El.Ed, B.Ed, or B.El.Ed degrees are highly encouraged to participate. You can submit your application online starting from 11 May 2026. Ensure your registration and fee payment are completed before the strict deadline of 10 June 2026. If you make any errors during registration, an online correction window will be available from 15 June 2026 to 18 June 2026. The examination is firmly slated for 06 September 2026 (Sunday), though it may extend to 05 September if candidate volumes require it.
